Preparation
To Make 6 Chicken Fahitas in Minutes
You'll need:
300g Chicken
1 Onion
1 Pepper
Capsicana Mexican chilli & honey cooking paste
6 Capsicana large tortillas
Capsicana salsa mix & 2 tomtoes
Capsicana guacamole mix & 1 avocado
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1. Add 300g of chicken strips (or alternative), a chopped onion and pepper to a pre-heated frying pan with one tbsp of oil and fry for 8-10 minutes over a medium heat, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
2. Add in the Capsicana Mexican chilli and honey cooking paste and stir through.
3. Heat for 1 minute.
4. Serve with your warmed tortillas and our salsa and guacamole mixes.
I hope you enjoy my tortillas. If you have any left over, why not try making delicious tortilla chips. Cut your tortillas into triangles, fry in a little oil over a medium heat, then lightly salt and enjoy with salsa or guacamole.

Microwave: From Ambient
1 Tortilla (800W) 8 seconds, (900W) 6 seconds
6 Tortillas (800W) 30 seconds, (900W) 20 seconds
Oven cook: From Ambient
Wrap the tortillas in foil and place in a preheated oven at Gas mark 6 / 200°C / Fan 180°C for 8 minutes
Shallow fry: From Ambient
Dry fry on a hot frying pan or griddle for a few seconds on each side, until your tortilla starts to bubble

Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 24 hours. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by date shown. Use within one month.
