Make it Most Wanted… in moderation.
Think of all the things you love about Sauvignon Blanc, multiply it, add some fizz and take away the alcohol. It just got real.
Most Wanted always use the very best grapes which means that this alcohol-alternative version of everyone's favourite wine is as good as the real thing.
Regional information: Produced in South Africa from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Vinification: The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature to preserve the freshness of the grapes, it is then kept on lees until bottling to beautifully round out the flavours. The de-alcoholised wine is then semi aeriated to create a light spritz.
