Preparation
Bhel Puri - Classic Recipe
Place the Bhel Mix in a bowl, add chopped boiled potato and sliced onion then drizzle with a selection of the 3 sauces. Mix well and garnish with Sev. Serve immediately. For a delicious alternative, add boiled sweetcorn, churned yoghurt, fresh coriander leaves and lime juice.
Sev Puri
Place Puris in a bowl, add chopped boiled potato, finely sliced green chillies and onion. Drizzle with the sauces and mix well. Garnish with Sev, fresh coriander and lime juice. Serve immediately.
Mixed Peas Puri
Place Puris in a bowl, add boiled chick peas, brown chick peas (Kala Channa) and sliced onions. Sprinkle with any Natco spice to taste, e.g. Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala, or Garam Masala. Add lime juice and mix well. Garnish with crispy green peas, Sev and fresh coriander.

Store this pack in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep the Puris, Bhel Mix and Sev in an airtight container and consume within 3 months. Refrigerate the sauces below 5°C and consume within 3 days.
