Aubergine, or as the Italian's say, melanzane, char-grilled until soft and smoky. Our Char-Grilled Aubergine and Roasted Garlic Pesto is made with sun-dried tomatoes, cashews, basil and no cheese. Perfect for next-level roasted vegetables with risotto, chicken skewers and dips.
