Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Sour Dough Culture (Rye) (10%), Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Yeast, Salt.

Preparation and Safety

Method
Before cooking
1.     In a bowl mix all ingredients together and knead for 10-15 minutes.
2.     Place the dough into an oiled bowl, cover and prove for 1 hour 30 minutes
3.     Pre heat the grill
4.     Tip the dough onto a lightly floured clean work surface and divide into 2 portions and form into balls. 
5.     Press down in the centre of each dough ball and work your way out to the edges leaving a rim around the outside edge that has not had the air pressed out - this forms your crust. 
6.     Place your frying pan on a medium heat and drizzle in some olive oil. 
During Cooking
7.     Carefully transfer your dough to the pan and fry for 4 - 7  minutes. While your base is cooking cover with the desired toppings.
8.     Once the base has turned golden to mid brown place the pan under the grill and a high heat for 2 minutes or until your toppings begind to crisp / melt. 
After cooking
9.     Transfer the pizza on to a board and slice to serve
For bread makers or stand mixers
1.     Use a dough hook attachment and reduce kneading time to 8 minutes
