To prepare two servings: 1. Empty the contents of one sachet into a heatproof bowl. 2. Add 350ml of boiling water. 3. Beat until the mash has a fluffy texture. 1 sachet (80g) produces approximately 420g of mashed potato when prepared according to the instructions. 1 serving = 210g mashed potato 1 sachet = 2 servings
